Conference call screen sharing

Using the LoopUp add-in for Outlook® or our Smartphone Apps:

Easily join your call by using LoopUp’s add-in for Outlook for Windows® or the Smartphone Apps. Just click ‘Join’ and then select the phone number you want to join the conference from. LoopUp will call you on that phone number to join you to your conference call – no dialing required. To add a new phone number to join from, just click ‘Edit’ and enter a new number.

Click the join link:

From your computer, smartphone or tablet, click the LoopUp link in your conference call invite and a web page will open. Indicate that you’re the leader and that you want to join the call and you will see a web page where you can put in your phone number. LoopUp will immediately call you on the number you entered – no dialing required. You will be taken to a web page where you can see who’s on and who’s speaking.

For security purposes you may be required to authenticate yourself as the leader by entering the leader and participant codes before joining via the link.

Log in to my.loopup.com:

You can also log in to my.loopup.com, choose your conference from the ‘Select room’ dropdown menu and click ‘Join Audio & View Room’. You’ll be prompted to enter a phone number. LoopUp will call you on that phone number to join you to your conference call – no dialing required.

Traditional dial-in method:

Of course, you can still dial in if you prefer. Dial the phone number that is local to you and enter your Leader Code, which is available in your welcome email or by logging in to my.loopup.com.

If you choose to dial in, and wish to control and manage your call (see who’s on your call, who’s talking, mute background noise, record the call, etc.), you have 3 options:

• Click ‘View’ from the smartphone apps, or
• Click ‘View’ from the Outlook add-in, or

As a Guest/Participant:

The easiest way for a participant to join is by clicking the link in the invite. The join link is automatically included in all invitations created via LoopUp’s invite tools.
