GoToMeeting conference call
Yes, users can participate in GoToMeeting sessions using toll audio only. Simply schedule a recurring meeting and share the phone number(s) and 9-digit access code with attendees.
Note: If your account has OpenVoice Toll-Free enabled then you will need to disable the toll-free numbers for the recurring session that you are scheduling, otherwise the audio bridge may not be available for 'audio only' access.
To schedule a recurring meeting so that you and your attendees can reuse the same Meeting ID and audio information, select the Recurring meeting check box. Recurring meetings remain available in My Meetings until you delete them.
Note: GoToMeeting has a built-in security feature for Organizers who forget to hang up their telephone or accidentally leave a meeting running indefinitely which will end a toll audio only call. If you require a conference call to extend beyond 120 minutes you must have at least two attendees joined successfully through the software.

We use GoToMeeting a lot at work, and the results depend enormously on the speaker-microphone equipment: some models work much better than others. Unfortunately I'm out of the office for a couple of weeks so can't look and make recommendations, but you should experiment with different equipment.
