exam to become a certified IBCLC Lactation Consultant and prepare you for a career as a certified lactation consultant.
The Lactation Consultant Training Program (LCTP) is an in-depth online training program in lactation and breastfeeding management that may be used to help prepare for the certification exam for Lactation Consultants or as a comprehensive update for practicing Lactation Consultants.
This course has evolved over the past 20 years from Georgetown University Hospital to Inova Learning Network and now to Lactation Education Resources and is often referred to as "Vergie's course."

Lactation Consultant Training Program html5 - EnrichedWork at your own pace Access for 12 months - Most students complete in 2-3 months 90 L-CERPs, 90 Nursing Contact Hours and 90 CPEs. This program is designed for students who already have taken a 45 credit comprehensive course and need an additional 45 hours to qualify for the IBLCE certification exam. The textbook Breastfeeding and Human Lactation, 5th Ed is required.

RefundsStudents may withdraw within 2 months (60 days) of registration with a partial refund for portions of the course that have not been started. A partial certificate is issued for the portions of the course that have been completed. |
