Company, Training Videos

Training videos are a visually dynamic and efficient way of delivering training materials to your employees or co-workers, as video promotes greater impact and recall than any other medium, ensuring that the information contained within is retained.

One Productions offers a whole range of approaches and styles, either through specially-shot sessions or by capturing live workshops and seminars on camera for later use. No matter what option you choose, we will assist you in planning and producing exactly the right style of video for your training material, goals and target audience.

Which companies are known for providing effective video based call center training?

I know personally, having worked at their North American Call-Center division that Samsung has an entire department that produces and makes extensive use of video-based CSR training.  This goes beyond how to use the CRM software for tracking cases, as well; the videos I watched actually showed CSRs how to use devices as if they were an end user and even provided shortcuts to resolving problems that may come inbound to the center.
