Future looks bright as technology improves with more open source options. IDC had total revenues for Enterprise Systems (Cisco, Polycom etc) pegged at $ 2.7 Bil for 2011, up over 20% YOY. Revenue for 2012 estimated at 3.2 Bil, implying a slight slowdown in growth of 18.7%. Future utilization should be substantial but it looks like it will come from smaller players. Costs are really coming down so future revenue picture unclear.
