Manager classes online

All newly approved managers are required to complete the owner/manager training within 180 days of approval by the PLCB, unless successfully completed within the previous two years.

If you are an owner seeking RAMP certification for your establishment, this training must be completed by an owner or the PLCB-approved manager. However, any person in any management role may complete this training just for knowledge purposes. If you are unsure who is currently listed on your license as the PLCB-approved manager, please contact the Bureau of Licensing. They may be reached M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM at 717-783-8250.

To create your account, you will need:
1. A valid email address. Each person completing the online course must have a unique email address. No two people may use the same one.

2. Liquor license number and LID. Both numbers can be found on your liquor license. If you are not currently employed at a licensed establishment, these can be left blank.

Recommended browsers are IE 8.0, 9.0 and 11.0, Chrome 20 - 40, Firefox 13 - 14, Safari 3.2.3 (PC) and Safari 4.0 (Mac). Using an unsupported browser may cause your training record to be lost. Please note - Chrome 39 and 40 may not provide bookmarking functionality if the user exits the course before completion. This may require the user to restart the course instead of continuing at the point of exit. Therefore, we recommend you complete the course in one sitting.
